To 'release s.o. from their SECRECY' isn't good English. You'd normally:
* 'release s.o. from their (secrecy/confidentiality) OBLIGATIONS' or
* 'release s.o. from their DUTY of (secrecy/confidentiality)' -- as you've correctly assumed.

Also 'your banking secrecy AGAINST s.o.', isn't good English. It would normally be something like:
* 'your banking secrecy obligations (in relation to/with respect to) our auditors' as urum1779 has suggested, or even
* 'your banking secrecy obligations in your dealings with our auditors',
depending on exactly what the author has in mind -- which isn't clear from the English.
