Even so, the translation will depend on the context and it may still mean what I've outlined above, since it was a "delivery of the coupon TO the Company – it all depends on whether the Company has to deliver something to the Shareholder (customer) or the Customer has to do something (like deliver the coupon) to the company - we'd have to ask Nick3 about the context first. |
