X was composed by Y, managed under the Licensor. при этом выше говорится, между кем заключён договор: ... between N (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee") and Y ("Songwriter") hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor". т.е. Y и есть лицензиар. не могу понять смысл фразы managed under the Licensor. буду благодарна, если кто-нибудь растолкует. |
