Может быть это просто изоляция антитела непосредственно после его наработки, оттого и такое высокое содержание примесей - 50% от суммарного веса самого антитела в растворе. Т.е. наработали антитело, но вместе с ним еще много чего находится в растворе. Нужно теперь антитело от этого всего очистить: Но пока не очистили, имеем 50% примесей по весу антитела. Так, наверное. O_O Хотя.. в тексте уже указано "purification".. дело ясное, что дело тёмное. |

Может так: Это означает, что содержание антител в препарате после очистки от примесей белка или других макромолекул, образующихся в процессе его производства или очистки, обычно составляет по меньшей мере 50% (мас./мас.), но это не исключает той возможности, что в препарате моноклональных антител будут содержаться в избытке фармацевтически приемлемый носитель(и) или другой растворитель, предназначенные для облегчения его использования. В некоторых случаях содержание антител в препарате после очистки от примесей белка или других макромолекул, образующихся в процессе его производства или очистки, составляет по меньшей мере 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 95 или 99% (мас./мас.). |

Вот что ответили пока что на Биолоджи СЕ: Patents are not the best source for reliable information, and obviously are not that readable. In this case they mean that of the purified product (usually that what comes of a protein A column I think), at least 50% of the weight is antibody. Or less (silly patents). Commercial purification of antibodies (and proteins in general) is usually not that thorough. Most of the times what you'll get is just culture supernatant with cells removed, maybe some ammonium sulfate precipitation fraction or if it's thermostable just the proteins that are left after the production-solution is heated. |
