Sub Limits:
USD 10,000,000 – Denial of Access by Order of Civil and Military Authority
USD 10,000,000 – Ingress/Egress
USD 10,000,000 – Service Interruption

all any one occurrence and in the annual aggregate
in excess of USD 500,000 any one occurrence.

Sub limits are part of and not in addition to the overall Insurance Agreement limit.

I don't know but an insurance/financial expert may. '$xxx any one occurrence' (rather than '$xxx in any one occurrence' or '$xxx for any one occurrence') made me think that perhaps it was a poor translation into English -- but the English looks reasonably good.

The author could just be using 'shorthand' English, or it could be a set expression (jargon) used by insurers. I can't help you any further with this, I'm afraid, as I don't know enough about the subject.

это да, но что в данном случае значит in excess of - свыше чего, что именно USD 1,000,000 по каждому случаю? страховое требование или удержание страховщика? они, вроде как, не несут ответственности, если требование не дотягивает (или равно) размеру франшизы.
