Прошу натолкнуть на мысль о смысле выражения "as per you authority" в следующей фразе:

WE ARE PLEASED TO CONFIRM FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AS PER YOUR AUTHORITY AS PER BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Из переписки по поводу договора морской перевозки груза (чартер-партии).

Явно не "в соответствии с вашими полномочиями". Или, возможно, имеется в виду, что соглашение было заключено агентом от имени адресата этого сообщения? Т.е. "в соответствии с полученными от Вас полномочиями"?

The English in this is only 6/10. It's clearly not written by a native English speaker, as:
* they've missed out the article in 'THE following agreement';
* a native speaker wouldn't have two 'as per's close together like this;
* they've written 'as per below terms and conditions' instead of 'as per the terms and conditions below' (wrong word order and article omitted).
