Помогите определиться с переводом данного словосочетания!Контекст In the exercise of the powers contained in this Settlement the Trustees shall not be under any duty to see that the value of the Trust Fund (or any part of it) is preserved or enhanced in any way nor shall they be liable for any failure in that respect whatsoever. |
