прошу помочь с переводом "appraise the SUPPLIER of any issues".
Речь идет об услугах агентства по подбору персонала.
Контекст.
General Issues.
ХХХ will appraise the SUPPLIER of any issues in relation to individual employees or groups of employees that may be relevant. ХХХ will provide feedback to the SUPPLIER on employees selected and general issues affecting them.

Общие вопросы.
ХХХ будет оценивать работу ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЯ исходя из компетенции отдельных сотрудников или группы сотрудников в зависимости от обстоятельств.
ХХХ проинформирует ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЯ о результатах работы отобранных сотрудников и общих замечаниях, касающихся указанных сотрудников.

Вполне возможно, что имелось в виду apprise of, то есть информировать
provide feedback - представить замечания/соображения

'appraise' here is being used as a (rather pompous) word for 'inform'. It doesn't have any special meaning in this case.

Correction: it's a mis-spelling of 'apprise', as anach suggests.
