Subject: 12 month LIBOR gen. For late payment of invoices submitted in full accordance wi h Aricle 10.0, interest shall be payable at a rate of twelve (12) month LIBOR per annum on pro-rata basis from the due date of the correct invoice for payment until the date of actual payment.
