Это как?)) Покрытие при любом размере франшизы? Мож, я уже за деревьями леса не вижу... Тогда нашо там solely? In relation to (i) any Assured Firm that has since July 1, 1998 become or merged with another Assured Firm but was not on July 1, 1998 an Assured Firm or a firm belonging to the XYZ network; and (ii) such persons as, in relation to that Assured Firm, fall within sub-clauses (b) or (c) of the definition of Assured, this Policy shall not cover (i) any part of a Claim or Notified Potential Claim that arises out of a Wrongful Act committed or allegedly committed before the date on which such Assured Firm became an Assured Firm and (ii) any part of a Claim or Notified Potential Claim that arises out of a Wrongful Act committed or allegedly committed on or after the date on which such Assured Firm became an Assured Firm if the whole of such Claim or Notified Potential Claim has been notified and accepted under any insurance in force prior to the commencement of the Period of Insurance (except for insurance providing cover solely in respect of any Deductible). |

"ой все..." и пр. - это что значит? Весь Ваш фрагмент легко переводится дословно. Дайте Ваш вариант (тут так принято), если Вам это действительно нужно. Не вникая в смысл - (за исключением страховки, предусматривающей [страховое] покрытие исключительно в отношении любой Франшизы). |
