Дорогие коллеги, прошу помочь перевести фрагмент из док-та COMPLEX LOOPS DESCRIPTIONAMMONIA PLANT: Equalizing Valve Pressuring Ramp Up Values Values for the drier pressure ramp up (1-PV-11211A & B opening) are stored in an integer register table. All changes are made in the Data Entry Mode. A value of 0% corresponds to 4.00 mA DC, and a value of 100% corresponds to 20.00 mA DC. These initial values are based on a Fisher 2 inch EZ with 1/2” micro-form trim control valve (Cv=4.94), a pressurizing flow of 160 kg/hr(approx.) and a 118 minute pressurizing ramp. Micro-Form trim (figure 4) is a contoured plug, equal percent trim for low flow applications, Micro-Form trim is widely used in Design EZ, as well as small size Design EH and HP control valves http://www.appliedcontrolequipment.com/wp-content/uploads/Micro-Flat-Cavitation-Product-Bulletin.pdf соответственно, регулирующий клапан Ду (номинальным диаметром) 2 дюйма марки Fisher модификации EZ с конусным затвором 1/2 дюйма типа Micro-Form. Данные исходные значения базируются на величине (приблизительного) расхода 160 кг/ч по мере повышения давления среды и на длительности рампы (линейного изменения) 118 минут при повышении давления среды. |
