Subject: Можно ли использовать оборот If she will во второй части предложения? gen.
"Можешь спросить у нее, есть ли у нее планы поехать со мной в отпуск?"
Можно ли во второй части использовать "....if she will..."?

Если да, очень важно теоретическое обоснование (источник)ю если можно?
Спасибо.

if или whether (спросить что); т.к. нет условия и времени здесь возможно использовать will или is going to accompany/share; ссылки на источники в любой грамматике

Can you ask her if she has plans to go on vacation with me?
Can you ask her if she is going on vacation with me?

Can you ask her if she will go on vacation with me?

If, whether, and will

“Whether” usually doesn’t introduce a conditional clause; instead, it introduces an indirect question. For example:

I don’t know whether he has an iPhone.
[What I don't know is: Does he have an iPhone?]
Since this is not a conditional clause, there’s no reason not to use the future tense when appropriate:

I can’t decide whether I will buy an iPhone or an Android phone.
[I can't decide: Will I buy an iPhone or an Android phone?]
“If” is often used in the meaning of “whether”, especially in the spoken language. If you can replace “if” in the sentence by “whether”, what follows is not a conditional clause, so the future can be expressed using “will”:

I am not sure whether he will be there tomorrow. (correct)
I am not sure if he will be there tomorrow. (correct, informal)
I am not sure if he is there tomorrow. (wrong)

Если придаточное предложение отвечает на вопрос "КОГДА?", то ставьте present для обозначения future. Если же оно отвечает на вопрос "ЧТО?" (как в вашем предложении), то future=future.

Hope it helps.

that's why i hate all rules. you read them and get more confused than before.
"If she will" is fine, although "if she is planning" would be much better.
Aiduza, your "Hope it helps" reminds me directions people give me when I am lost somewhere in the middle of nowhere. At the end they usually add "you can't miss it". And guess what? I always miss it.
Это придаточное изъяснительное, там надо будущее использовать.
If she shall(UKoGBaNI)/will(US) spend her vacational/leave time with me.
Есть планы if she is going to spend her vacational/leave with me.
