'When necessary, the Employer may allow [the Employee] to manage the Company from home or elsewhere instead of having to travel to work.' (This is a slight paraphrase as, although the term 'remote management' is used, the term 'managing from home' is much more common. As the Russian doesn't specify 'from home', I've added 'or elsewhere' to cover all eventualities). 'Relocation' usually means to move house (in the case of individuals) or to move to a new site (in the case of shops/offices/factories/other businesses) -- not just to work from home for a day/a few days. |
