The Lessor concluded the Rental Contracts (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Contract”) with the Lessee as mentioned in Appendix. /A concerning the inception of lease by Construction and Home Improving Market (partially with Garden Center) as mentioned therein. These Rental Contracts together with the Appendix are fully well known to all participants. The participants have made the present Agreement without attaching the Rental Contracts thereto.
