Three bits of (very uninteresting) information:

* There's a composer called Philip Miller who, amongst other things, has produced an album called 'MUSIC For Those Who Should Know Better'.
* There's a South African artist and film animator called William Kentridge who's worked closely with Miller, putting on shows which have toured the US.
* If you look on Google Images for 'DANCE(S) For Those Who Should Know Better'
http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&site=webhp&tbm=isch&source=hp&ei=IVCUVvPDHIe1OsvGtOgN&q="for+those+who+should+know+better"&oq="for+those+who+should+know+better"&gs_l=mobile-gws-hp.3...4148.20067.0.22640.35.35.0.1.1.0.362.4708.0j33j1j1.35.0....0...1c.1.64.mobile-gws-hp..15.20.2810.3.b4e2rDPUKvs#hl=en&tbm=isch&q="dance+for+those+who+should+know+better"+OR+"dances+for+those+who+should+know+better"
, you'll find pictures of Kentridge (he's the one who looks like François Hollande). So, presumably, 'Dances For....' has something to do with 'Music For....'

I've no idea what the two titles mean, except that 'You should know better (than to do x)' is a mild form of rebuke meaning 'You shouldn't do x/You shouldn't have done x', as in 'You should know better than to run across a busy road'.

I'll leave others to decide how this translates into Russian.
