Да, "в лице" надо писать. PS "действующая через" -- в любом случае какой-то разговорный вариант, имхо. |

| "acting through" and "represented by" effectively mean the same thing here, I'd have thought -- 'x is working for y and is speaking for y'. So you can leave out 'acting through'. |
