дословно - неэффективное распыление ценности по смыслу - у нас принято говорить "растрачивать деньги", но, если вспомнить, что деньги можно просто печатать, а вот ценность/стоимость (value) нужно, действительно, создавать, то они с такой формулировкой гораздо ближе к реальности оказываются... |
