Subject: малые инновационные предприятия университетов gen. Прошу совета старших товарищей. Перевожу на английский язык, как корректно перевести вышеназванное понятие: "small enterprises at universities/small university enterprises" или использовать модную фразу "university spinoffs"? Последняя используется, но вряд ли соответствует российской действительности :) Контекст: академическая статья в соответствующем стиле.А про university spinoffs пишут: "we can distil the following salient characteristics of a university spinoff: the parent organization from which the innovation emerges has to be a university or academic institution the output that is a university spinoff has to be a separate legal entity and not an extension or controlled body of the university the new entity has to exploit knowledge produced from academic activities or academic pursuits the spinoff should be aimed at profit generation and commercialization of technology". Хотя есть разные определения, может, что-то можно и под нашу специфику приспособить... Тем не менее, какой перевод вам кажется более удачным? |
