Спасибо, но не думаю, что так. Речь идет о распределении денежных средств среди акционеров, как я и писал выше. Может "Основная недостающая сумма". За ним следует абзац, где встречается Outstanding Priority Return Shortfall: if there remains any amount of Priority Return Shortfall in respect of which Company A Recipients have not previously received Relevant Distributions under this paragra[h 1 (in this schedule, "Outstanding Priority Return Shortfall") |
