Company is involved in the development of a Chemical Complex in a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) close to Atyrau in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The development of the SEZ will be in 2 phases over approximately 5 years and will require the provision of utilities for sale to the participants of the SEZ, from a common utility island. The first phase of the development, including common utilities (Power, Water and Industrial Gases) and a 500 KT/A polypropylene facility has started with the placement of a contract for the Power Plant and is scheduled to start-up from the first quarter of 2018.
