Полностью пункт договора: The indemnification set out in Clause 11.7 shall not apply however, to the extent that (a) Customer has modified the Information and such modification is the cause of the alleged infringement, (b) Customer has used the Information in combination with other data or materials and the infringement arises in whole or in part from such combination, (c) Customer has used, disclosed, or otherwise committed any act or omission with respect to the Information that is not expressly authorised by this Agreement, (d) Customer is otherwise responsible, in whole or in part for having incurred such liability, or (e) the infringement results from an infringement by a data supplier of Trax and Customer is entitled to indemnification from such supplier.
