Seller shall provide all apparatus and other information, electricity, equipment, instruments, labour and suitably qualified and experienced staff as are necessary to carry out the Performance Test efficiently save for any items or personnel to be provided by Company as set out in this Contract– provided that take-out options for Power Gen. Pack & Heat Gen. Pack, U&Os, Loading Arms and Civil & Construction according to Clause 3.0 of Attachment 8 (Scope of Consolidation Phase) have not been chosen by Company and provided that Feed Gas is available as required. Should Company chose to make use of:

9.2.1 take-out option 1) as per Clause 3.0 of Attachment 8 (Scope of Consolidation Phase), then Seller shall not be responsible for any required power supplies;
9.2.2 take-out option 3) as per Clause 3.0 of Attachment 8 (Scope of Consolidation Phase), then Seller shall not be responsible for the availability of U&Os;
9.2.3 take-out option 4) as per Clause 3.0 of Attachment 8 (Scope of Consolidation Phase), then Seller shall not be responsible for the functionality and in-time delivery of the loading arms;
9.2.4 take-out option 5) as per Clause 3.0 of Attachment 8 (Scope of Consolidation Phase), then Seller shall not be responsible for the timely completion and/or quality of any construction works.
