TITLES & REPRESENTATION
For the purposes of providing the services the Contractor will be formerly represented as “Shaper” for XXX. All reports, written and verbal advice is performed as XXX and should be submitted in accordance with protocols agreed with the Engager.

The Contractor and their staff may use this representation as a factual statement, but it may not be used to promote, associate or link in anyway, the Contractor with any client or project of the Engager.

The Engager undertakes not to use the current position of the Contractor to promote, associate or link in anyway the Consultants own business to the benefit of the Engager or the Engagers clients, unless;
• To provide factual evidence to the Engagers clients of the past and current work experience of the Contractor in relation to the services detailed in clause 2 of this Letter.
• An agreement between the Engager and the Contractor, which they may wish to enter into from time to time for mutual benefit.
