Subject: Справка из банка bank.

Контекст "Справка выдана Иванову И.И. о том, что на его имя открыт вклад "ХХХ" в банке "YYY".

Первый вопрос. Обычно такие справки начинаются как This is to certify... Но поскольку здесь сначала пишется кому выдана, можно ли создать такую конструкцию "This certificate is issued to Ivanov I.I. and certifies that...

И второй вопрос - это оборот "на его имя открыт вклад".

This is to certify норм
that Иванову И.И. is the [principal/sole] owner of account no. XXXXXX in YYYYY bank
что-то типа

справка из банка !!???. Что дальше? Справка из морга, что Иванов И.И. еще не умер, и справка из КГБ (или как оно там), что Иванов не шпион
