В соответствии с новым Уголовным Кодексом РК заведомо ложное сообщение о готовящемся акте терроризма наказыва-ется лишением свободы на срок до 6-ти лет. в новом УК усилена уголовная ответствен-ность за проявления экстремизма и терроризма, а также за распространение радикальных идеологий.

In line with new Penal Code of the RoK he false information on prepared terrorist attack will be punished by imprisonment up to 6 years. In addition new Penal Code strengthens a criminal responsibility exposure of extremism and terrorism, for propagating extremism and terrorism, radical ideology.

Как вариант:
Pursuant to the new Penal Code of the RoK, knowingly providing false information on an alleged terrorist attack shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 6 years. Also, the new Code provides for more severe sanctions /punishment for any manifestation of extremism and terrorism, as well as propagation of radical ideology.

по крайней мере, так это формулируется в законодательных актах США
Они предпочитают писать imprisonment вместо jail sentence
