Subject: accepts full jurisdiction of ? gen. Should the Parties fail to reach an agreement on any Dispute, the Parties shall refer the matter to the relevant courts of the Azerbaijan Republic and the decision of the court shall be final and binding upon the Parties and the Contractor accepts full jurisdiction of Azerbaijani courts.
