Subject: have a long cylinder stroke weld. The Tailstock Fixture and Slide Table can be positioned independently of the Ram using the Slide Cylinder attached to the Machine Base. This allow the machine to put the Tailstock in the right position for welding based upon the tooling package loaded into the machine without having to have a long cylinder stroke in the expensive Ram Cylinderблин, как это по-русски-то сказать правильно?? esp. for paderin: )) The Thrust Group provides a means to impart the forge load from the Ram Cylinder through the Tailstock Fixture without require a permanent connection to the Tailstock Fixture. If there were a permanent connection, the Ram stroke would need to cover the full 102 inches of Slide Stroke using the 1,000 in2 high-performance cylinder. Instead, MTI uses the Thrust Group to allow variable position of the Tailstock Fixture and shortening the Ram Stroke to 12 inches. MTI uses the Thrust Log, Thrust Nut, and Scissor Group shown below to accommodate the variable positioning of the Tailstock for welding thrust group - можно назвать упорной группой? а то я сначала написал "группа, развивающая осевое усилие", но это как-то длинно... |
