Subject: переданного Подрядчику объекта, имущества gen. оригинал: Ответственность за соблюдение требований ОТ ПБ и ООС при эксплуатации машин и оборудования Заказчика, переданных по двустороннему акту для использования Подрядчику, возлагается на ответственное лицо Подрядчика (подтверждается приказом по подрядному предприятию о назначении ответственного лица). Во время эксплуатации, обслуживания, ремонта и хранения переданного Подрядчику объекта, имущества Заказчика ответственность за причиненный ущерб несет Подрядчик. Responsibility for compliance with HSE requirements during operation of Operator’s machinery and equipment provided for Contractor use against bilateral statement shall remain with the authorized representative of Contractor (to be confirmed through a Contractor Company Directive on authorized representative appointment).
