Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage CEO’s business and personal life utilizing creative time management skills
• Regularly communicate and interact with high level clientele and executives
• Travel with CEO often at a moment's notice; prepare all travel arrangements including packing
• Work closely with hotel concierges
• Make arrangements with CEO’s personal drivers, pilots and security to ensure sufficient coverage at all times
• Oversee coordination with household staff at multiple homes; manage repairs, furnishings, maintenance and renovations
• Prepare various contract negotiations with outside vendors
• Run errands and coordinate shopping for household needs
• Manage and maintain organization of personal effects
• Assist with special company projects and liaise with departmental managers
Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelors Degree
• Previous experience supporting a CEO, Chairman or celebrity
• Flexible and capable of working long hours and weekends with availability to be on-call via blackberry as needed
• Superior judgment with confidential materials; adroit at maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; articulate and well spoken
• Dynamic, high energy personality with impeccable composure
• Positive “can do” attitude so as to effectively anticipate needs and possible issues with the skill to execute a solution ahead of time
• Aptitude to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities with competence
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living; prowess to prepare and cook healthy meals, if needed
• Demonstrated understanding of complex physical house systems (lighting, security, heating and cooling)
