The Lender and the Borrower each hereby irrevocably and unconditionally:acknowledges the Notice of Assignment and confirms that it has not received any notice that the assignment is disputed by the Assignor or any person claiming under it; or of any opposing or conflicting claims, or any previous assignments or charges of or over to any of the Assigned Rights and Obligations.
