X shall confirm by letter its approval for the “based airline” qualification.
Data to be provided concerning new airlines: all necessary and supporting documents have to be presented to X, proving there is no link with any of the airlines already servicing the X airports and indicating the main tour operators working with the airline on the new routes.
The following situations will be rejected by X:
The airline is member of a group servicing already the concerned airports,
The route operated by the new airline is the same than another one servicing at one of the concerned airports by another airline with the same tour operator and ***cancelled at the same time,
