Subject: dock date gen. Ребят, помогите пож-та, что значит "dock date", контекст - "все заказы на закупку должны содержать следующую информацию" и далее пункты, среди них встречается следующий:- requested dock date and quantity Верно ли мое предположение, что это "дата отгрузки" или "дата погрузки"? В гугле искала, не смогла найти. Спасибо |

Hello Maury Dock can mean a series of things in English. Your term probably means "darsena" "molo" and by extension "data di carico" maybe even "scarico" so Anja Ann is quite right to ask for the whole sentence. I found a discussion for dock date on Proz which explains ""As another example of varying customer evaluation criteria, some customers equate a "delivery date" with an actual ship date. When such customers request a particular delivery date, they are referring to the day the shipment leaves the supplier's dock. Other customers equate the "delivery date" with the dock date-the date the shipment actually arrives at the customer's dock." So, dock date seems open to interpretation on its own.....
