The arbitrator shall be entitled to award the costs of the arbitration, including the Parties’ reasonable legal fees, disbursements and expenses, its own fees, disbursements and expenses and any other reasonable fees, disbursements and expenses relating to the arbitration.

Арбитр имеет право присуждать арбитражные расходы, в том числе обоснованные расходы на юридическое сопровождение, выплаты и издержки Стороны, свои собственные расходы, выплаты и издержки и другие обоснованные расходы, выплаты и издержки связанные с арбитражным разбирательством.
