C & W RackВыражение встречается в следующем контексте: Where the Hand-over Point is identified in Schedule 1 as being at C & W Rack and such Customer Equipment has not been installed 5 Working Days prior to the Customer Committed Date (other than due to XXXXXXX default) then XXXX reserves the right to carry out Acceptance Tests to the XXXXXX ODF at the end of the Dark Fibre in the XXXXXX Space and will not be required to re-test the Dark Fibre once the Customer Equipment is installed.
