Не понимаю смысл фразы после "rights and interests". Благодарю за помощь. |

operational interest - предполож. operating interest - долевое участие Они (Lessor..... etc.) [заявили и] гарантировали (=warranted) каждый в отдельности, а не вместе т.е. each as to itself only = warrants, each as to itself only and each severally and not jointly, , no operational interest [on all such insurances] |
| То есть, грубо говоря, каждый из них по отдельности заявляет об отсутствии у него долевого участия??? |
