PS. Есть ещё сомнения по поводу: "The Consultant shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and, subject to the Bank’s privileges and immunities, defend the Bank, against all claims, damages, costs (including legal costs), expenses, taxes, penalties, liabilities, proceedings, losses arising from, out of or in connection with paragraphs 6." Я перевела так: "Консультант должен полностью возместить, и освободить Банк от ответственности, на основании наличия у Банка привилегий и иммунитетов, защитить банк, против всех претензий, убытков, затрат (включая судебные издержки), расходов, налогов, штрафов, обязательств, разбирательств, убытков, возникающих из или в связи с пунктом 6." Самое главное сомнения в этом предложении по поводу выделенного красным. |
