MAN-LIFTS (TELESCOPIC WORK PLATFORMS)
1.78 Shall be rated to operate in -40oC ambient temperature if used outside and -20oC if used inside OR the lowest temperature the man-lift shall be exposed with the rig on emergency power whichever temperature constraint is the lowest (location of unit may not have access to emergency power to maintain normal temperature).
1.79 Operator shall be adequately trained on the operation and limitations and training documented.
1.80 Man-lifts and other work platform devices are to have the following when operated on site:
1.80.1 Handrails and or lockable gates on all sides
1.80.2 A brake device when in use
1.80.3 A control device located at the base and work platform elevation
1.80.4 An audible alarm when in motion
1.80.5 An Emergency Stop or ESD
1.81 Shall have a proper label (not hand written) or tag readily visible affixed to the unit indicating operational limits including; ***maximum extension, maximum angle at working extension (as applicable) and SWL.

maximum extension - не совсем понимаю о чем идет речь, применительно к подъемнику для персонала..
