Как будет звучать такая фраза, чтобы не дословно?
Дальше там будет "квартира такая-то".

А в каком случае это говорится? Показывают квартиры для продажи?

да, вроде рекламного объявления.
нужна фраза клише, которую используют в таких случаях.

Если в рамке объявление в газете, то просто напишите квартира такая-то и т.д. Лучше просто посмотрите по поиску варианты реклам. А то может странно смотреться или неуместно. Ну смотря что там у вас вообще за текст.
