leha millionare city would mean the city is populated only by millionaires and we know this cant be :) |

the other possibility is that the city is a millionaire or that the city is run by millionaires and the thing here is that the russian means millions of people live in the city. |

i know you understand the Russian and i am EMBARASSED! we do have an English word and i cant remember it! i am slowly forgetting my native language the longer i live in Russia (as a translator this is not a good thing!) AHHHHH! |
