За нарушение сроков оказания Услуг, предусмотренных п. ... настоящего Договора, ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЬ уплачивает по письменному требованию ЗАКАЗЧИКА неустойку в размере ....% от стоимости заключения, при подготовке которого ИСПОЛНИТЕЛЕМ были нарушены сроки, за каждый день просрочки, начиная со дня, с которого услуга должна была быть оказана.

In case of violation of the Services performance period, specified in p. ... hereof, the EXECUTOR shall have the right to charge a penalty in the amount of ....%( per cent) of the conclusion made by the EXECUTOR with the breach of a time limit, for each day of such delay, starting from the date when the services should have been received by the Customer.

The Contractor's failure to meet the Services completion deadline stated in item ...hereof shall result in a penalty of ...percent of the total price of the Report/Executive Summary? the Contractor failed to complete within the deadline, payable by the Contractor at the Customer's written request for each day of the delay from the date on which the Services should have been completed.
