Данный срок исчисляется с даты подписания и направления договора (отсчет ведется с более поздней из двух дат) покупателю. The date of the goods readiness for dispatch shall be indicated in the invoice. This date shall be calculated from the date of signing and submission of the agreement to the customer (the date shall be calculated from the later of the two dates). |

| Можно и c "date", но мне кажется что c term должно получиться легче, как с указателем именно продолжительности. |
