расстояние должно быть не менее 1) 2h w или 2) the distance to the adjacent point at which the moment in the member has fallen to 0.8 times, в зависимости от того, что больше. 2h w ставит в тупик)) |

Ну или вариации на тему :) не менее большего из двух - значения 2h либо значения расстояния... |
