The ability to closely manager payload weights results in decreased tire and power train related downtime from overloading, and lessens the amount of frame damage to the truck, while underloading wastes productive capability of the truck fleet. The last pass indicator feature becomes an extremely useful tool when moving into new pit or material locations where density and bucket fill factors change. The load indicators aid loader operators in maintaining proper payload weight control as material and loading conditions change. |
