Purchase order credit

This credit shall be allocated to the Representative whose office receives and administers the .formal customer purchase order. For the purpose of this definition, "office" shall mean any office of any entity, including Company.

Proposal credit

This credit shall be allocated to the Representative who prepared the successful proposal. In the event where multiple offices prepare the successful proposal, such credit shall be allocated pro-rata or based on results obtained in the sole judgment of Company. For the purpose of this definition, "office" shall mean the office of any entity, including Company. In the event there is no quotation or proposal, this percentage shall be added to item 4 below.
