Подскажите, пожалуйста, не совсем понимаю, о какой "диссоциации" идет речь...Контекст: To obtain a better understanding of integrase (INI) dissociation kinetics and assist in understanding ХХХ’s distinct resistance profile and resistance mechanisms, the dissociation of ХХХ, YYY, and ZZZ, another INI, from wild type and mutant integrase (IN) proteins complexed with DNA was investigated. XXX demonstrated overall substantially slower dissociation from IN-DNA complexes tested, including those with single, double and up to four clinically relevant IN substitutions. Заранее спасибо! |
