As used in these Guidelines, “Restricted Press” refers to (i) any U.S.-based print, web-based or broadcast media (including the international editions of The Wall Street Journal, Time, Newsweek, CNN and Bloomberg) and (ii) any non-U.S. based print, web-based or broadcast media with either a U.S. edition or substantial U.S. circulation (including the Financial Times, The Economist, the International Herald Tribune and Reuters).
