Subject: корявый перевод корявого предложения (инвестиции) gen. Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести! а то к концу дня, когда вижу несогласованное предложение - голова кругом идет(((. Из инвестиционного соглашения (раздел Prices of products and commission payments):The parties agree that the values generated by concept of purchased of the product to commercialized, should be the net value obtained by the main supplier and the discounts should be in mutual benefit to the parties in this agreement and the net commission should be paid how is stupulated in the first clause of this agreement. вот еще пример такого "стиля", буду просто счастлива, если кто-нибудь поможет разобраться: ...."the Partner" who within all acquisition negotiations with the company, leave settled within this agreement that in the margin of earning the are surplus generated sales products or negotiations, the partner will thereby recognize mutual consent of commission to thу Company. так и написано... "in the margin of earning the are surplus generated sales products or negotiations" - шо цэ такэ?.... |

| т.е. есть какая-то концепция, которая, если ее внедрить (commercialize) в производство (т.е. получить продукцию), а потом эту продукцию продать,-- может принести какую-то value.... |
