In case where Party A see its Account(s) balance exceed the overdraft limit as prescribed in paragraph ①, Party B can control the Account(s) limit by canceling all the transactions related to, and arising from the Account(s) until the balance goes down to below the limit. Party B can also cancel the transactions of related Account(s) held by Party A, when it cancels transactions by other Clearing members whose overdraft limit exceeded.
