это подпункт в контракте: 9. Limited Infringement Warranty
(1) In case of any legal claim against the “DISTRIBUTOR” by a third party or in case of a started law court proceedings against the “DISTRIBUTOR” , the “DISTRBUTOR” will check the legal validity of this claim itself prior to assigning it to snom. (2) snom shall defend and indemnify “DISTRIBUTOR” from and against any damage, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) incurred as a result of any claim, suit or proceeding brought against “DISTRIBUTOR” alleging that the use of the software or the products furnished by snom under this Agreement constitutes an infringement of any third party Intellectual Property Right. These activities are limited to a cost of 10,000 Euro for snom.
