например если клиент не производит со счетом никаких операций, то через определенное время (1 год) счет переходит в состояние "dormant account" в этом состоянии к нему применяется другой прейскурант - например какая-нибудь monthly dormant account fee, и прочие bs fees пока деньги на счете есть, со счета списывают эти fees если когда баланс становится отрицательным, банк закрывает счет конец истории |
